The PPMA Show® 2026 speaker applications are now OPEN!

Following the success of our newly revamped Seminar Theatre at last year’s show, the PPMA Show® 2026 is set to build on this momentum with another inspiring speaker programme.

At the PPMA Total Show® 2025, we had speakers from across the industry, representing organisations of all sizes and specialisms. From apprentice led conversations, to experts insights on retail packaging, AI integration in manufacturing, and the thoughts from a former CEO of one Britain’s leading end-users. Each speaker brought a unique perspective to the conversation on where the industry is today and where it is heading in the future. We are now calling on those who are passionate about their work in the packaging, processing, robotics, automation and industrial vision system sectors to share their views and insights with the audience at our next PPMA Show®.

If you’re interested in speaking at the PPMA Show® 2026 at the NEC Birmingham on the 22-24 September, please fill out the below application form.

Please note:

Seminar Theatre sessions are open to non-exhibitors only and must be informative in nature; sales or promotional content is not permitted.
Each session lasts 30 minutes, which includes 5 / 10 minutes for audience Q&A.
The organiser reserves the right to amend session dates and times.
All selected speakers will be contacted by 30 June.
