| Description |
The PB Ink Jet Printer is based on the same proved design concept as the PX, but is instead equipped with a monochrome touch panel. The optimized print head produces a 1 to 2-line printed image in consistently good quality – even on uneven or structured surfaces. Possible uses range from applications like lot numbers to production data etc.
The use of a wide range of different inks enables the marking of extremely diverse materials like films, glass, metal, plastic, paper etc. virtually regardless of the environment. The choice ranges from different standard inks to special inks that are colorfast, heat resistant and can be read with UV.

In a single operation a Tiflex HRP Series printer can code a vast amount of information including brand identifiers, batch codes, alpha-numeric information and barcodes onto a variety of products and surfaces. Simple and intuitive software means the information being printed can be displayed and edited on the control panel in true WYSIWYG format.
The Tiflex control software can interface with client databases and ERP for total traceability and logistics control. The software also offers connectivity via Ethernet and RS232.

| Description |
Our new range of laser coders provides manufacturers with fast, permanent coding and marking. Low lifetime cost, high reliability and maximum line uptime are achieved. There are no consumables to buy; no routine maintenance and components have an extended service life.
The laser codes the product or packaging clearly with vector high quality fonts. A range of substrates from paper and card, through to difficult materials like thin film substrates, glass, metal, and foils. Machines can be programmed to meet a diverse range of coding and marking tasks. They have an extensive library of alphanumeric symbols, multiple language capability and an ability to easily interface with graphics software. The machines can produce text, brand marks, conventional and 2D matrix barcodes and many other marks.
The system is friendly to the environment. The absence of inks and solvents removes any possibility of delicate foods becoming chemically tainted and workspace contamination by ink overspray is eliminated. Power consumption varies from 10 to 100 watts with water cooling available for high power machines on heavy duty applications. Where substrates give off fumes when marked, we can supply efficient localised fume extraction.
Set-up is simple, either from the local control station or remotely via a network. Control software is easy to use, being icon driven through a graphical user interface. The individual marking requirements for multiple products can be stored for quick change over on multi-purpose production lines. The machines have a comprehensive range of connectivity options including USB, RS232 and LAN/Ethernet.
The Vespalase machines are designed for reliability and intensive use. Models embrace both CO2 and Fiber technology and can mark at a rate of 1600 characters per second. Tubes in the CO2 laser have a projected 30,000 hour working life rising to 100,000 hours for the Fiber model. With only a single phase connection machines are easy and inexpensive to install and relocate. |
