Fischbein-Saxon Launches Powerful New Sealers
Fischbein-Saxon is proud to announce the launch of two new more powerful models of sealers.
The Saxon Band Sealers “SB3000 and SB4000” replace the “Saxon Band 15 and 20”, which have been upgraded in order to provide the customers with state-of-the-art machines! Band sealers use the principle of conduction, where fixed heating elements heat the bags by direct contact through a pair of bands. These bands have high thermal conductivity and move in perfect synchronisation with transport belts. The width of the seal with this new model is a generous 14 mm.
Compared to the previous models, the SB3000 and SB4000 offer an increased life time, an easy set up and require low maintenance. Their high power allows to seal thick bags at high speeds.
These new sealers take also advantage of the important technological evolutions of the new Saxon range: a new mainframe with a simplified design and a stainless steel construction to meet the requirements against contamination and pollution. The VFD speed controller (standard) and the electric column meet the requirements for flexibility and a limited workforce.
