AIRWASH 1000 and AIRWASH 600
Fischbein-Saxon is proud to announce the launch of two new more powerful models of Airwash.
With the Airwash Bag Top Cleaner, Fischbein-Saxon has found the ideal solution to avoid contamination of the seal of plastic bags by dust. The Airwash Bag Top Cleaner removes dust from the “mouth” of the filled plastic bag and allows heat sealing to take place cleanly and without the risk of poor seals due to contamination of the inner surface of the bag. This will guarantee strong and siftproof closures!
Operation Mode:
The Airwash head opens the top of the bag and dislodges the product from the sidewalls of the bag owing to a high velocity compressed air-jet. The vacuum generator then draws the dislodged product through the head of the Airwash and through the connection tube to the receiving tank. The action of the high velocity jet is to wash away the contamination from the insides of the bag top in the area to be sealed; the resultant air/dust mixture being sucked away by the vacuum generator. The resultant inner surfaces of the bag will then be readily heat sealable.
The new Airwash has been developed to provide easiness, comfort and security. Now, the new Airwash features a reduction of sound levels from 90dB to 80 dB thanks to the air blower replaced by a vacuum generator.
