| Reclosable Packaging Europe BV, specialized in stand up pouch packaging technique is the official European distributor for the “ Jaguar M7000” premade pouch machine. This innovative machine is a unique piece of equipment. The machine takes a pre-formed pouch out of the cartridge, holds for fill and seals in place, before it slides out of the machine. The machine is simple, relatively small, mobile and suitable for most common pre-made pouch styles. Working with pre-made pouches has the great advantage that the machine is 60% smaller, easy to operate and 1/3 of the price of a Form Fill and Seal machine. The big step it takes for buying your own machine is now for many producers a relatively small step. Another advantage is that we deliver printed premade pouches starting at a min of 15000 pcs. instead of 100.000 pcs. and we only need 3 weeks (after receiving lay-out) to supply you these. Adjusting your machine to another pouch size takes no more than 15 minutes for the first time and 5 minutes after some practicing. The machine shines from its simplicity, after 30 minutes of practice everyone can operate this machine. The target group exists from the manufacturers which now pack in pillow bags, trans wrap bags, stand-up pouches or any other pouch style. Snack manufacturers, nut company’s, coffee company’s, vitamins producers, soup manufacturers etc. but also outside the food industry for every producer who wants to pack its product luxuriously but economically. The machine speed is 20 pouches p/min, it's operated by 1 employee which also (because of the low speed) handles the case packing. The Canadian concept developed in association with Reclosable Packaging Europe BV has been adapted for the European market. 230 volts and a compressed air connection are all you need to let this machine do its work. Reclosable Packaging Europe BV installs, provides service and delivers all spare parts. At a usage of 500,000 pouches on an annual basis a filled stand-up zipper pouch incl. material, wages, interest and depreciation of the machine will cost about 9.9 cents (starting). One-way Degassing Valve Bags / Coffee Bags / Degassing Valve Pouches
Any amount of oxygen absorbed by coffee eventually leads to staleness. However, as the result of sugar browning reactions during roasting, freshly roasted coffee exudes carbon dioxide for up to a week in its whole bean form. For this reason, the highest quality coffees are typically packaged as soon as possible after roasting in a moisture-proof laminated Coffee bag containing a one-way Degassing valve . This Degassing Coffee valve allows the carbon dioxide to escape without “ballooning” or rupturing the bag, but does not allow oxygen to enter. |
